In course of hearing Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioners while not challenging the impugned order, made a request for permitting the Petitioners to make further endeavor to strengthen their case in the appeal in the court below.

Considering the above request made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this C.M.P. with liberty to avail the remedies available for this purpose. 3.

The C.M.P. is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
