2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of C.P. No.390 of 2021 filed by the present opp. party for divorce under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Anandapur.
3. A memo for withdrawal has been filed wherein it has been indicated that during pendency of the transfer petition, the matter has been compromised between the parties and hence, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case.
4. By order dated 29.3.2022, notice had been issued to opp. party and further proceeding in C.P. Case No.390 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar has been stayed. By order dated 10.05.2022, the matter has been adjourned to 12.07.2022. But by way of a mention memo, wherein it has been mentioned that the petitioner does not want to withdraw the TRP (C), hence the matter has been listed today.

5. Mr. B.R.Sahu, learned counsel for the opp. party has no objection if the case is withdrawn.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the TRP (C) is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed in I.A. No.112 of 2022 stands vacated.
