2. The case record reveals that despite the matter being listed on 16th September, 2022 and 23rd September, 2022, the Petitioner has not keen to persuade the case. No interim stay has been granted.

3. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks to challenge the order of cognizance dated 24th March, 2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Khariar in C.T. Case No.560 of 2014. Having regard to the age of the application and the Petitioner having not interested to pursue the case, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive.

4. The CRLMC is dismissed.
