Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned State counsel.

Pursuant to the direction of this Court the Petitioner has been allowed to discharge his duties vide letter dated 26.03.2022 and the Petitioner has already submitted his joining report on 27.03.2022. Copy of the order dated 26.03.2022 of the Additional Chief Engineer, P.H.Circle, Bhubaneswar and the joining report of the Petitioner dated 27.03.2022 has been filed in Court today, the same be taken on record.
