1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The Writ Petition bearing W.P.(C) No.13477 of 2019 filed by the petitioners in respect of removal of encroachment made by Rajendra Patra S/o- Sukadev Patra, in the village concerned, was disposed of by this Court by Order dated 24th September, 2019 directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioners in the aforesaid regard.

3. A compliance affidavit has been filed along with the report dated 20th March, 2020 intimating the removal of encroachment from the area concerned.

4. We find no grounds to proceed with the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
