It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 21772 of 2019 (State of Odisha v. Ashokarani Mishra) and batch, which has been dismissed vide order dated 24.06.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Order dated 24.06.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21772 of 2019 (State of Odisha v. Ashokarani Mishra) and batch, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
