Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.8 and 9 to take steps pursuant to the Letter No.4330/Estt. Dated 07.12.2021 issued by the Section Officer (Estt.), Board of Revenue, Odisha, under Annexure9. 4.

It is directed the Excise Commissioner, Odisha, Cuttack and Establishment Officer (Excise Wing), Office of the Excise Commission, Odisha, Cuttack shall take steps pursuant to the letter issued by the section Officer (Estt), under Annexure-9 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction the writ application is disposed of. 9.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rule.
