1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 9th December, 2021 in connection with G.R.P. Bhubaneswar Case No.122 of 2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No.539/2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Khurdha for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. The Petitioner was apprehended while he was allegedly carrying 22.1 Kgs of ganja in two bags.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record as also taking into account the manner of search and seizure made by the investigating agency, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail and shall furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two local sureties. Further, he shall appear before the I.I.C. of GRP P.S, Bhubaneswar on every Monday at 10.00 A.M. till submission of Final Form.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
