Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 7th October, 2022 issued by the Director, (R & R)-cum-Additional Secretary, Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, wherein it is stated that a sum of Rs.8,34,138/- has been sanctioned towards payment of the decretal dues to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 2nd July, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.15339 of 2021. Copy of the said letter has been taken on record.
