Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks allotment of land. He had earlier moved this Court by W.P.(C) no.32451 of 2020 and pursuant to order dated 5th January, 2021, disposing of it, he made representation dated 15th January, 2021 to opposite party no.3. The representation is an application under section 3(i)(e) of Odisha Government Land Settlement Act, 1962.

Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with by opposite party no.3.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 15th January, 2021 and inform petitioner the result, within four weeks of communication.
