This is an application filed by the petitioner no.3 Niranjan Barik for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 18.05.2022.
After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender date of the petitioner no.3 Niranjan Barik till 31.03.2023. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner no.3.
The rest part of the order dated 18.05.2022 remains unaltered.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
