This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.136 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.294 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 294 and 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that no one has sustained any injury and the submission of the

// 2 // learned counsel for the petitioner that the offences are triable by Magistrate and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection since 24.03.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized his liberty, the interim order dated 24.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
