This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Against the very same impugned judgment dated 25th April, 2012, passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in a batch of matters including O.A. No.1199(c) of 2011, writ petitions were filed in this Court, including W.P.(C) No.20951 of 2012, which was allowed on merits by this Court on 30th January, 2014. The Special Leave Petition against the said order was allowed by the Supreme Court on 4th August, 2015 in a batch of Special Leave Petitions including SLP(C) No.24723 of 2014.

In that view of the matter, following the order dated 30th January, 2014 of this Court in W.P.(C) No.20951 of 2012, as affirmed by the Supreme Court, the writ petition is allowed as prayed for.
