Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that following the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.33708 of 2021, there has already been conclusion of the demarcation process by the Competent Authority on 21.12.2021 but however there is no full compliance of the order involved.

It is at this stage of the matter, this Court from the direction part in the disposed of the Writ Petition finds, there is also a direction to Opposite party Nos.3 & 4 to provide law and order if situation is conducive to enable the construction and the Petitioner will be entitled to proceed for construction of Maszid. It is further observed that on specific complaint regarding obstruction thereto, the Administration through the State Opposite Party may take necessary steps. The Contempt Petition did not involve any complaint regarding obstruction
// 2 // by anybody. In the circumstance, the Contempt Petition does not lie any further. Petitioner to find out other remedy, if any. 4.
