The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 11th November, 2002(Annexure-3) passed by the Joint Commissioner, Consolidation, Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.203 of 2002 and the consequential order dated 4th June, 2004 (Annexure-4) passed by the Consolidation Officer, Simulia in Remand Revision Case No.203 of 2002.

Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner could not know about the impugned orders under Annexures-3 and 4, she could not challenge the same within the stipulated time.

On perusal of the impugned orders under Annexures-3 and 4, it is apparent that the husband of the Petitioner, namely, Late Bau @ Babu Jena, had participated in the proceeding before the revisional Court as well as the Consolidation Officer, Simulia. Although the R.O.R. has already been prepared in the name of the parties, pursuant to the impugned orders under Annexures-3 and 4

// 2 // since long, but no satisfactory reason has been assigned by the Petitioner to explain the inordinate delay in filing the writ petition. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition after lapse of twenty years from the date of passing of the impugned orders. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
