This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, call for relevant records, after being heard from both the parties allow the Writ Petition to the extent that i. Issue appropriate Writ / direction by directing the opp. parties, particularly to opp. party no.1 to take promptitude action / proper initiation in the matter of disposal of the representation / grievance petition of the petitioner which relates to consideration of her case for regularization of her services by way of absorption and consequently release of all service and consequently release of all service and financial benefits as due and admissible.
// 2 // And Pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to give complete relief to the petitioner."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation highlighting his grievances dated 17.11.2021 under Annexure-4 before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, sports & Youth Services Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1, the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision on the representation of the Petitioner as of now.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time and he further submits that the authorities shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law. 6.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, sports & Youth Services Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2021 under Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days

With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
