Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this Bail Application.

Accordingly, the BLAPl stands dismissed as not pressed. 5.

It is stated that, the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2021. Learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded during the time fixed and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner.
