(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the authority with a comprehensive representation.

Considering such submission, the writ application is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner approaches the authority with a comprehensive representation, the authority shall do well to pass a speaking and reasoned order on the said representation of the Petitioner. The authority while disposing of the comprehensive representation of the Petitioner shall provide an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners.
