This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This Petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following relief:

"May kindly be pleased to admit the writ petition and to issue a "RULE NISI" to the Opp. Parties to show cause as to;

(1) Why direction will not given to the opps. To regularize the service of the Petitioner and direct to grant the consequential service as a class-IV employee of the Govt. from the date of appointment with appointment of tribunal order vide Annexure-2 and keeping the order of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure-5 & 6 and any other order as deem fit be passed"

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that earlier Petitioner had approached the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, in O.A. No.1646 of 2014, which was disposed of on 13.01.2017 along with batch of other matters. In

// 2 // paragraph-7 of the said order, learned Tribunal has disposed of the Original Application hold as under:

"7.

In the result, all the original applications are allowed. The respondents are directed to treat the applicant as regular Class-IV employees and to accord them all financial and consequential service benefits applicable to regular Class-IV posts by passing necessary orders to that effect. The pay of the applicants be fixed as per the ORSP Rules, 2008 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 in the scale of pay applicable to Class-IV or Group-D employees and they be paid the arrears that have accrued in their favour as a result of such fixation of pay. The entire exercise be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

All the O.As. are accordingly disposed of."

In such view of the matter, no further direction is required to be passed in the present writ petition. However, the Authorities are directed to implement the direction of the Tribunal as has been given in paragraph-7 of the order dated 13.01.2017 passed in O.A. No.1646 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
