This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the State submits that the mandatory procedure under Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. has been followed in this case. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no such instruction in this regard.

Considering such submission, the Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation by appearing before the I.O. pursuant to the notice under Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. 4.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
