Since the Petitioner has clear appeal remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the C.M.P. at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this C.M.P. with liberty to file appeal. 2.
