This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 9th December, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by the Collector, Subarnapur-Opposite Party No.1 in OCH & PFL Case No.01 of 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as aforesaid. 5.
Certified copy of Annexure-3 be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopies thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
