Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that written statement have already come on record involving C.S. No.75 of 2017 and issues therein have already been framed in the meantime, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kamakshyanagar to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.75 of 2017 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below and also from creating any obstruction in hearing of the C.S. No.75 of 2017.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
