Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.S. Rizvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance. 3.
Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Berhampur Vigilance P.S. Case No.03 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.01 of 2020 (V) pending in the court of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Phulbani within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he will not tamper with the
// 2 // evidence. The petitioner is also hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 14.03.2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date as will be so asked in order to cooperate with the investigation.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
