Heard Mr. S. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Since the petitioner-institution claims for NOC for opening of M.Sc. Nursing Course during the Session 2020-21, the session is over in the meantime. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, let the opposite party communicate the decision with regard to the grant of NOC to the petitioner-institution as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production/communication of the certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rule.
