Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner that although the order of cognizance 7th February, 2022 is under challenge but then the petition may be disposed of with a direction that the petitioner responding summons of the court below to appear shall be released on bail as he had already been on bail prior to the submission of charge sheet.

In view of the above prayer, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the petitioner appears before the court below in G.R. Case No.37 of 2020 in response to the summons, he shall be released on bail with conditions. (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge TUDU
