This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the proposal for recommendation/decisions of rescission of contract dated 22.02.2022 under Annexure-13 is under challenge before this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of DTCN/agreement, if it so advised.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
