1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate remedy as may be permissible in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 16th May 2008 passed in the present petition stands vacated.
