1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority as provided in law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the appeal is filed not later than 2nd January, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of pendency of the writ petition, the Appellant Authority will consider the same in accordance with law and decide the appeal on merits as expeditiously as possible.
