This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. H.P. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned State Counsel appearing for the opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give him retrospective promotion to the post of Jr. S.E.S. Cadre w.e.f. 20.02.1995 with all consequential benefit of promotion to Sr. S.E.S. and OES-II (SB) Cadre from the date of promotion of juniors with consequential financial and service benefits. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-14 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexures-10,11 & 12 within a stipulated time,

to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-14 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-10,11 & 12 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
