CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
01.11.2022 07.
1.
As per the submission of Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the Petitioner undisputedly on the very next date of filing of the Writ Petition there has been further cause of action involving demolition of the structure of the Petitioner. It appears, almost fifteen years have already passed in the meantime. There is no amendment to the Writ Petition as of now. This Court, therefore, finds, no cause of action survives in this Writ Petition at present. This Court, therefore, observes, if the Petitioner is so advised and has any further cause of action and also if such cause of action does not hit by limitation, the Petitioner may undertake appropriate exercise. 2.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation only.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge A.K. Jena
