The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 15th January, 2022 passed by the Additional Tahasildar, Kishannagar in Mutation Case No.1681 of 2021 rejecting an application under Section 8(A) of the O.L.R. (Amendment) Act, 2006.

Although several issues with regard to irregularities and illegalities have been raised by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners, but, in course of hearing, he submits that since the Petitioners have remedy of appeal under Section 58 of the Act to assail the order impugned herein, they may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
