Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners, who are seven in number. He submits, it will appear from letter dated 4th February, 2022, the Project Director said thereby that petitioners are eligible for PMAY-G house under NSPGY scheme, for which their names were already sent to the District Labour Office by letter dated 20th December, 2019, for certifying their eligibility. Inspite thereof, the assistance sought was not provided. He submits, his clients made representation, dispatched by post on 27th December, 2021 to the Project Director.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will duly be dealt with by opposite party no.4. 3.
Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with said representation, dispatched on 27th December, 2021, copy of which is annexure 3 to the writ petition. Petitioners will communicate copy of said representation along with web copy of this order to opposite party no.4. Within three weeks of communication, result of the consideration must be made known to petitioners. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of.
