Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Kailash Chandra Sahu challenging the election/selection of the office bearers and more particularly, opposite party no.5 Khageswar Barik as the Vice-President of Block Kala Sanskruti Sangha (BKSS), Bonai Block which was held on 23.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the Memorandum of Association Block Kala Sanskruti Sangha, from which it appears that the

In view of the passage of time since the date of election, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
