Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that during pendency of the writ petition, the Authorities have passed final order rejecting his prayer for appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme. 3.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition assailing the order of rejection for appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.
