Heard Mr. J.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State. 2.

Mr. Panda prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to surrender and pray for bail before the concerned court below. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner surrenders within one month from today and prays for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the grounds of parity, if any applicable, on the same day.
