Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Order No.

Filing the copy of Insurance Policy and taking this Court to the period of coverage from 11.10.2020 involving the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-21-G-7674 and also for involvement of F.I.R. involving the accident, Mr.Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner raises his grievance of non-consideration of a request of the petitioner already to the Insurance Company.

Keeping in view the innocuous request and as the representation in this regard is already pending consideration of the Insurance company-sole opposite party, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the sole opposite party in the event of pendency of such application, decision as appropriate, involving the petitioner be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
