Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhawanipatna Town P.S. Case No. 449 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1257 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhawanipatna for commission of offence under Sections 420/417/294/506/34of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over

the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
