The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the letter dated 31.01.2022 issued by the opposite party No.4- D.E.O.- cumDistrict Project Co-ordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Mayurbhanj calling up him to show cause as to why he shall not be disengaged from the post of Junior Teacher (Contractual), Government U.P. School, Badampahar under Kusumi Block, district-Mayurbhanj on the ground of production of forged B.Ed. certificate.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
