1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the notice to show cause dated 31.01.2022 issued by the opposite party No.4- DEO-cum- District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shikshya, Mayurbhanj. In the meantime, the petitioner has already been terminated. Hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the termination order.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty as submitted.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
