This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 1.

The Petitioner has filed the writ petition praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to issue notification for acquisition of land and to make award under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Further direction is sought for payment of all rehabilitation benefits in Form 'K' & 'L' respectively apart from issuance of identity card certificate as 'Displaced family' as per Rehabilitation & Resettlement Policy, 2006.

Counsel for the Petitioner has filed memo dated 19th September, 2022 for withdrawal of the writ petition stating therein that the Opposite Parties have already made payment of Rs.5.00

// 2 // lakhs in lieu of service/employment as per R& R Policy, 2006, Para-8-D read with the relevant circular of Ministry of Railway's Letter dated 11th November, 2019 and judgment dated 24th march, 2021. Said memo is taken on record.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Addl. Govt. Advocate has no objection to the same.

In view of the memo filed, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
