This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

By order dated 20.01.2020, this Court taking into account the grievance of the petitioner for regularization of service as H.R. Khalasi directed for consideration of her case. Keeping in view the order of the Apex Court in the Case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and ors. V. Uma Devi reported in (2006) 4 SCC Page-1and in the case of State of Karnataka & Others Vrs. M.L. Keshari & Others, and the authorities were asked to take a decision within a period of 1 1⁄2 months. 5.

The show cause affidavit has been filed by the Opposite PartyContemnor in the present CONTC enclosing an order stated to have been passed on 16.10.2022 at Annexure-B whereby it is stated that grievance of the petitioner was considered and was rejected as the same did not merit consideration.

On perusal of the said order passed by the Government in the H & UD Department, it is seen that there is specific direction to send a

copy of the same to the petitioner to the Executive Engineer PH Division, Bhubaneswar and by way of memo a copy thereof has also been endorsed to the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she has not received copy of such order for which she is not in the position to take necessary consequential steps.

Hence, this Court directs the Opposite Parties to give another copy of the order dated 16.10.2022 to the learned counsel for the petitioner/ the petitioner within three weeks from today and it shall be open for the petitioner to assail the same in accordance with law within six weeks of receipt of such copy.

Taking into account the show cause, the CONTC petition stands dropped.

Accordingly, the CONTC stands disposed of.
