This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner, in this writ petition, prays for the following reliefs:- "Petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court be kind enough to admit the writ petition, issue notices to opposite parties especially O.P. No.4 to file show cause on representation and if the O.P. fails to file show cause or insufficient case than this Hon'ble Court after hearing the counsel for parties be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus.
Or pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Although the reliefs sought for does not make any sense, but it appears that the Petitioner in this writ petition has a grievance with regard to management and functioning of Demal Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society, Aul in the district of Kendrapara.

In view of the provision under Sections 65 and 68 of the Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
