None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. A perusal of record would indicate that defect nos. 6 and 19 has not yet been removed even after more than six years of filing of this present CRLMC. This Court, therefore, reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner. 3.
