This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 22.04.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently in Paragraph-3 of the order, it has been mentioned that Petitioner is going to be retired by end of this month is not correct and Petitioner is going to be retired by end of June, 2022. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to correct the said submission. 4.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that in the 2nd line of Paragrph-3, 'Petitioner is going to be retired by end of this month' be corrected as 'Petitioner is going to be retired by end of June, 2022'. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. stands allowed.
