Perused the office note, where it has been indicated that the description of the Court has been typed as " Judge , Family Court, Puri" in place of "District Judge, Puri" in the 3rd line of paragraph-6 , 1st line of paragraph-10 and in the last line of paragraph-13 of the judgment dated 21.10.2022.

Learned counsels have also pointed out that in the last line of the 1st paragraph of the judgment, the word "District" has not been mentioned before the words "Judge, Jharsuguda", and the words "Family Court" have not been typed in the 5th line of 2nd sub-paragraph of paragraph-1 and there is a typographical error in the name of the opposite party in paragraph 10 .

The typographical errors are corrected . The certified copies of the said judgment if presented for correction by the learned counsels , be corrected by the registry and returned to the counsels .

In view of the corrections made in the judgment , the learned District Judge, Puri is permitted to send the records to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda by 18.11.2022 in place of 14.11.2022.

Copy of this order alongwith the corrected judgments be communicated to the learned District Judge, Puri and learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda by 16.11.2022 , positively by email . Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .
