This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

After some inadvertent typographical mistake was noticed in the judgment passed by this Court on 14.11.2022 in the above case, the record was directed to be placed before this Court, but neither the parties raised any objection to the proposed correction of typographical mistake occurring in Paragraph Nos. 3, 6 and 7 which occurred in advertently. Accordingly, the word "haring" occurring in 5th word in first sentence of paragraph-3 at page No.4, the word "immovable" occurring in 7th line at(1) in paragraph-6 at page No.9 and the numerical "144" occurring in 4th line in paragraph-7 at page No. 13 of the judgment are corrected and be read as "hearing", "movable" and "114" respectively in the judgment. The aforesaid corrections be carried out forthwith.
