Mr. Chaudhury, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are victim of fraud practiced by Nilakantha Nagar and Purusotampur branches of erstwhile Andhra Bank, now Union Bank of India. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party no.1 (Reserve Bank of India) to conduct inquiry. 2.
On query from Court Mr. Chaudhury submits, no written representation was made by his clients to opposite party no.1. 3.
Petitioners are at liberty to approach opposite party no.1 with their grievances.
