This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Earlier bail application of the petitioner in BLAPL No. 8233 of 2020 was rejected as per order dated 29.10.2021 but it seems that thereafter the petitioner has not moved any application for bail in the learned trial Court and straight away filed this application on 22.03.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application in order to move the learned trial Court again and if necessity arises to move this Court thereafter.
