Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The instant I.A. is filed for extension of the period of surrender which has expired under inevitable circumstances and the petitioner could not surrender despite direction of this Court dated 27th June, 2022.

For the reason stated therein, the I.A. stands allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender and move for bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur in connection with C.T. Case No.32-A of 2016 within four weeks hence and move for bail. 4.
